💻 Tech Talk: Business Management Tools: ServiceNow and Odoo

Last Friday, we hosted a highly enriching Space focused on ServiceNow and Odoo, two crucial platforms for business process management.

We had the pleasure of welcoming two distinguished guests: Olivier Pascal Nadieline and Falilou DIENG, who shared their expertise. They helped us better understand these tools through a detailed presentation of their features, the benefits they offer, and their impact in various professional environments.

• Introduction to Odoo and its numerous applications for effective management processes.
• Analysis of the benefits of ServiceNow in the digital transformation of companies.
• The development aspect was also highlighted, with discussions on opportunities for developers looking to specialize in these platforms. We explored what it means to become an expert in ServiceNow or Odoo, as well as the ongoing changes and skills required to support the transformation of companies.
• A focus on training around these platforms, particularly their adoption in Senegal.
